Friday of the first full week of the month. Monthly payout covers projects invoiced on the last business day of the previous month (example: February payment will cover projects invoiced on the last business day of January). Any fees incurred are paid by the Partner. Partners’ payment options are outlined in the Partner Payment Policy on the Partner Services site. You must have an updated Payment Form on file per our Partner Payment Policy.
Invoice Submission
Partners must send their invoices by the last business day of the month before the payment date. For instance, for a payment scheduled on Friday, January 12, 2024, partners should submit their invoices by the last business day of December. This means the deadline for submitting invoices for January’s payment is Friday, December 29th, 2023. BURG may consider exceptions for partners working on accounts where Purchase Orders (POs) are received after the invoice submission due date.
Payment Schedule
BURG processes partner payments on the first Friday of the first full week of the month. For example, payments for invoices received in December will be made on Friday, January 12, 2024.
Partner Payment Form (PPF)
All partners must have a Trolley account on file to receive payment. If there are any changes to the payment method, partners must make the changes in Trolley by the Wednesday prior to the next payment date. For example, any changes in the payment method must have the updates in Trolley submitted by Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Returned Payment Fees
If a payment is returned due to incorrect payment information provided by the partner, any bank costs incurred for the initial payment will be deducted from the subsequent payment.
Second Payment Attempt
BURG will establish a second payment attempt date following the initial payment date for all payments that were returned on the first attempt.
